kids say the darnest things

I made a promise to myself as from this day forth my goal is to post something at least once a week,
uggggh......

one plus working with  kids s that they are always a good source for ideas,yesterday two of my students stayed late and just wanted to do some extra work.. in my head i just wanted to go home, but i let them stay and just gave them some paper to draw with while i cleaned up my room. They just started talking with each other & the convo. got really interesting so i turn on my camera just to pick up the audio.. HA HA .. they   just talked about their  pets, but in turn that just lead me to  visualize it ,so when i got home i stared storyboarding it and this will be my next project

life is about Drawing

I really got to do better with my blogs LoL.. I started a life drawing class last week. it was Great to say the least. its my first in 5 years. Its great discipline for my animation projects. Also i started build on of my character for a stopmotion animation.

On such a beautiful Im on my way to Home Depo , to pick up some wood so i can start my set design, looking forward to a long and productive night . YEAH!!!

a fresh start

I so love this part of the year, saying good by to a wonderful summer, and Hello to new ideas for the fall & winter..looking so forward to meeting my new animation students this year they always keep me motivated and challenge me to come up with ways to help make their vision come to life, and in return it helps me to stay on track with my work..

got to love the kids

I've been away for awhile but i guess this is as good as any time to get back to the basic.with my animation work some that I started years ago that I completed and some that i never finished. Michael Jackson was one a person who inspired me back in the day heres a short that i did back in 87 but with the modern day tech. i was able to finish it (with the original drawing) with photoshop & flash
